The Japanese Etiquette and Protocol Programme, ICPA’s most popular programme, is a comprehensive, hands-on introduction to the basics of Japanese culture and etiquette during the best season in Japan.

The programme provides a thorough grounding in the minimum etiquette you need to acquire if you are going to live, visit, study or settle in Japan.
