— JUNIOR ELITE PROGRAMME —

Cultivating the
Next Generation of
Global Leaders

Junior Elite Programme · Ages 7 – 18

The ICPA Junior Elite Programme cultivates future international leaders, introducing the disciplines of protocol, cultural literacy, and dignified conduct through a thoughtfully designed curriculum for young minds.

PROLOGUE

Dignity is cultivated through habit.
The cultural literacy acquired early in life
becomes a lifelong inheritance.

In families of distinction, children have traditionally been educated in dining etiquette, social conduct, and cultural refinement from an early age — by family tutors or at prestigious institutions. This is not a matter of treating children as “special,” but of preparing them, as future adults of standing in the world, for conduct befitting their place.

Eton, Harrow, Le Rosey — the great schools have nurtured the essence of elite education for centuries. The ICPA Junior Elite Programme draws from this enduring tradition and integrates it with the cultural sensibility of Japan, offering a carefully designed, age-appropriate curriculum.

The Greatest Lifelong
Gift to Your Child

Jewels and property will, in time, pass from one’s hands.
But the dignity and cultural literacy acquired in childhood remain with your child for life — never to be lost.

The composure to stand with grace on the international stage, the courtesy to honour another, the cultural literacy to understand the world — these become invisible treasures that quietly support your child wherever they go, whomever they meet, and whatever they choose.

The ICPA Junior Elite Programme is, we believe, the greatest lifelong gift a parent can offer their child.
