ICPA holds the online introductory session on an occasional basis, for those who genuinely intend to study with us. Over two and a half hours, the Founding Principal, Mirei Cecilia Hakuba, personally presents the philosophy of the Academy, the full scope of its programmes and the qualification framework, and you take part in a portion of an ICPA lesson yourself. A private consultation follows, for those who wish to consider their path in earnest.

Should you enrol in a programme,
the session fee is credited in full and the admission fee is waived
The fee for the session is credited in full towards your programme fee when you enrol, and the admission fee is waived.

Admission is by Application
— and reserved for the serious few
The session is led personally by the Founding Principal, and places are necessarily limited. Admission is by application, confirmed upon review. A session fee of ¥25,000 is requested as a mark of genuine intent; the particulars of payment are set out in the application form below.
The session is not extended for information-gathering, market research, or competitor study. Such applications are, with respect, declined. We welcome those who approach it with seriousness and regard.
The session is intended for those considering programmes personally taught by the Founding Principal — the Specialist Certification Course, the Bespoke Course, and the Special Programmes.
Those considering the General Course (Stage I / II / III) are guided by email. The Academy publishes extensive detail on its programmes through the prospectus and this website, and our office is pleased to answer every question by email with the same care. We kindly ask that you begin your enquiries there.

They are conducted separately for Japanese-speaking and international participants.
