Exclusive partnership with the International Protocol Accreditation Association, which conducts international protocol examinations.

To fulfil the wish of these students to “not only learn, but also to improve and prove it with a goal in mind”, the International Protocol Accreditation Association was set up to implement an examination specialising in international education, protocol and intercultural business, something that had never been done before in Japan.

The IT system has been utilised to the maximum, and the on-going activities, which had not been done before, have further expanded the global partnership and established the International Protocol Proficiency Test, which measures competence at an international level, in cooperation with a group of executives from around the world.

Enabling online examinations.

A major change from previous years is that it is now possible to take the examination online.

Candidates up to Level 4 can take the exam online and prepare for it online.

We have succeeded in taking a policy that is in keeping with today’s society, where new ways of learning are prevalent using e-learning solutions, Webinar and online class tools.

There are 11 grades in three categories, as well as bilingual certification.

The examinations are divided into three categories.

International Education and Etiquette

International Business Cross-Cultural Skills

International Protocol Skills

There are 11 levels from Level 5 to Level EEX, with Level 1 and above qualifying you as a specialist and obtaining an accredited teacher’s licence, enabling you to teach the school’s programmes to others, as recognised by the association.

Level 5 is a diagnostic test that anyone can take.
Level 4 is for beginners, Level 3 for beginners, Level 2 for intermediate, Level 1 for advanced and Level 1 and above for specialists.

Along with the Cambridge Certificate of English as a Foreign Language recommended by the Association, becoming a Bilingual Specialist or a Bilingual Teacher also enables you to teach in English in Japan and to teach Japanese protocol in other countries.
