Spring & Autumn Terms

ICPA maintains a two-term academic year — Spring and Autumn — to ensure depth of learning. Admissions for each term open two to three months prior to the commencement date.

— GROUP CLASS PROGRAMMES —

Small-Group Classes

Each class is composed of 4 to 10 carefully selected members, offering the opportunity to learn alongside distinguished peers from diverse backgrounds. All programmes follow the 2026 academic calendar.

I

Specialist Certification Programme

The complete 20-session, 60-hour qualification programme. Available in International Protocol, Japanese Protocol, and Bilingual specialist tracks.
Spring intake: April · Autumn intake: September (Saturday on-site or weekday evening online)

II

General Course — Online Continuous Learning

80 minutes × 24 sessions (approximately 6 months). Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced levels rotate across an 18-month cycle, allowing continuous study at the same time slot.
International Social / International Business / Gentleman’s Liberal Arts / International Diplomacy

III

General Course — Sunday In-Person Intensive

5 sessions × 25 hours (alternate Sundays, 13:00–18:00). On-site sessions at ICPA’s flagship in Central Tokyo (Marunouchi).
International Social / Global Business / International Diplomacy across all levels.

Intensive programmes during spring, summer, and winter holidays. Year-round private tutoring also available, designed around your child’s age and family ethos.

Private tutoring for executives and board members. From one-day intensives to multi-day bespoke programmes, scheduled entirely around your availability.

Request Prospectus

Begin by requesting our prospectus, which provides full programme details, admissions requirements, and the annual calendar.

Private Consultation

For questions or guidance, we offer complimentary private consultations — online or in person.

Application

Submit the required application documents. As a members-only programme, admissions are subject to review.

Enrolment

Following successful review, complete enrolment procedures and prepare for commencement.

Group Class Commencement

ICPA maintains a strictly small-group format, with each class composed of 4 to 10 selected members. To preserve our standard of education, we apply the following flexible approach.

  • When the standard class size is reached — the class commences as scheduled
  • When enrolment is smaller — the class is delivered as a private tutorship, offering deeper, more intensive instruction (a separate fee applies)
  • When postponement is preferred — your enrolment may be carried over to the next term (Spring → Autumn, or Autumn → following Spring) to preserve continuity of learning
  • Application deadline is approximately two months prior to commencement
  • National holidays and the New Year period are observed as recess
  • Private tutoring and corporate training are scheduled separately, in consultation with the client
