• Move to 17^th Floor & Break
• Japanese History related to Japanese Etiquette and Culture: 2:15 PM – 3:20 PM
• Cross Cultural Awareness: 3:20 PM – 4:00 PM
• Break: 4:00 PM – 4:15 PM
• Proper Greetings and Introductions: 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM
• Business Card Exchange Etiquette: 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM

Dining Etiquette at a sushi restaurant:

• Dining Etiquette and Table Manners at a Sushi Restaurant: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  

Day 2

• Verbal and Non-verbal Communication at Rendezvous Lounge at The Imperial Hotel Tokyo, 1st Floor: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Dress Code and Appearance: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• Meeting and Negotiation Protocols: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Move to 17^th Floor & Break
• Gift-giving Customs: 3:15 PM – 4:00 PM
• Cultural Dos and Don’ts: 4:00 PM – 4:50 PM
• Break: 4:50 PM – 5:05 PM
• Test & Explanations: 5:05 PM – 6:00 PM
• Reviews & Video Interview: 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM
